No Electronics

I always encourage you to exclude electronics from your L10 and our Quarterly meetings as you need every leader’s full attention to resolve your company’s biggest issues. I often get push-back because people use their laptops and devices to “take notes.” More research has been conducted to validating this suggestion that I think you will find interesting. This LinkedIn article (click image on left), supported by Psychological Science research, proves the advantages of handwriting your notes vs. typing. This should give you the back-up you need to enforce your No Electronics policy for all of your future meetings.
